A clearer morning

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: October 20, 2026

Your mornings stay personal. Pushy stores your alarm settings and mission progress on your device. The current app has no account system, advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or developer-operated cloud sync.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of Pushy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Pushy alarm app and contact us for support. Questions can be sent to muntaha.appledeveloper@gmail.com.

2. Information stored on your device

This information supports alarms, personalizes setup, restores unfinished missions, and displays your history. The current app does not upload this information to us. Text entered during a typing mission is checked locally; shake detection uses device motion locally. We do not receive your typed responses or motion readings.

3. Device permissions and notifications

Pushy requests alarm access to schedule system alarms and notification permission to send reminders for unfinished missions. A reminder can show an alarm label and mission name on your lock screen, depending on your notification preview settings. The Shake mission uses motion sensing when available. The current app does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.

You can manage access and notification previews in iOS Settings. Disabling access can prevent the associated feature from working. Haptics can be turned off inside Pushy.

4. Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, and maintain relevant support records. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Email providers process these messages through their own services, which may operate outside your country. We retain support correspondence only as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements.

5. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal information or use the current app to track you across other apps or websites. We may disclose support correspondence when required by law, to address security or legal claims, or to service providers handling email on our behalf.

Apple provides operating-system functions, device backups, app distribution, and any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple. Their processing is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Data included in your device backups may be handled according to your Apple settings.

Opening a hosted policy page or another external website creates a connection to that website. Its hosting provider may process ordinary web request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and access time, under its own practices. These HTML policy pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete alarms, clear morning history, and change your wake-up profile in the app. Removing the app removes its local app storage from the device, subject to backups and operating-system behavior. Before removing the app, delete any system alarms you no longer want. To manage backup copies, use your device and backup-provider settings.

Because we do not receive your locally stored alarm and mission data, we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. For information you send us directly, you may request access, correction, or deletion by email. Any additional rights depend on applicable law.

7. Security

Local information relies on your device’s security and access controls. Protect your device and email account, and review lock-screen notification previews. We use reasonable care with support correspondence, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

8. Children

Pushy is a general-purpose alarm app and is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent age under applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through support. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features or practices change. The updated version will show a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
